All sales are final.

Items are only eligible for replacement if  damaged or defective upon delivery. We must be contacted via email within 7 business days of you receiving your order. We will request a photo of the damaged item, and may also request it to be returned to us for it to be eligible for replacement.  We will not be responsible or reimburse for shipping costs.

Each product is individually hand made, therefore, no two products will be exactly the same. We do our very best with love and care to recreate the pictures you may see on our website and/or social media. 

No refunds or exchanges on fragrances that may not be to your liking. Likewise if the fragrance is not strong enough, fragrance strength may be subjective. One candle by itself might not fill a large room. To remedy this, you can try moving it to a smaller area. Each candle has an individual cure time of 2 weeks. If you receive your candle before the full 2 weeks,  try giving it a little longer to cure. Curing is a very real thing and enhances the fragrance of each candle over time. 

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Always light both wicks simultaneously.

Trim the wick to ¼ of an inch  before each burn. Burn candles on a heat resistant surface, away from drafty areas, curtains or flammable objects.

Burn no more than 3-4 hours at a time.

Full melt pool is not expected on the first or second burn.

If flames are not large enough to create a full melt pool by the third or fourth burn, extinguish, let cool, then re-light without trimming wicks.

If fragrance is faint after a full melt pool is achieved, try  moving the candle to a smaller area room.

Glass vessels may get hot, use caution.

Extinguish if flame is 2 inches or higher. Let cool, then trim wicks before re-lighting.

We do not ship during hotter months. Being that we are located in Arizona, unfortunately the heat can cause damage to the product. We can ship during cooler months/weather. Contact us directly for more information and pricing.
